Returns & Refunds

14-day return window — Unopened, unused Saebit masks in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping.

How to return: Reply to your order confirmation email with "Return — order #" and we'll send a return label and instructions.

Customer pays return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

Defective units — If your Saebit arrives damaged, doesn't power on, or fails within 12 months of delivery, we cover all return shipping AND replacement. Email a photo or short video of the issue and we'll send a replacement immediately.

What isn't returnable: Opened or used masks (hygiene reasons). Eye protection cups (hygiene). Units returned after 14 days for non-defect reasons.

Refund timing: Once we receive your return, refunds process to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
